Recently purchased my 2nd car from Bespoke car sales and I must say I'm absolutely delighted with the car and the service I received from the guys there. From start to finish everything on par, saw the car on line, had test drive , part exchanged my car, they settled my existing finance and they offered me £250 more that a certain national car buying service, without the hassle. I have recently purchased a Mercedes Benz SLC from Bespoke Car Sales. The Service from start to finish has been absolutely brilliant and Jason and Craig have been amazing, very professional, friendly, caring, supportive and going above and beyond to make sure the purchase of the car and the whole process was seamless. All the preparation prior to delivery of the car including a full service and MOT was completed. Communication and updates from Jason was exceptional and the whole experience was extremely positive from my initial phone call to enquire about the vehicle to delivery. Once the car was ready for delivery, Jason drove the car to me which was so very much appreciated as it was a long journey. Absolutely love the car, thank you Jason and Craig for providing such an outstanding customer service and experience. I would definitely recommend Bespoke Car Sales when looking for a car.

Went to view a 2010 Jaguar XF in cold and rainy December. We were met by Jason who immediately welcomed us with the offer of a hot drink. Having phoned ahead, the car was clean and ready to view. After a good test drive, Jason left us to continue our deliberations without any pressure then took us through the paperwork before making an appointment to collect in a few days. On collection, a full service had been done and a tyre replaced as it had been close to the limit. Before handing over the car, he put fuel into the tank. Unfortunately, a few miles into our journey home a red warning on the dash said Restricted Performance and the car went into limp mode. Rang Jason from a public house and he immediately brought us a courtesy car and took the Jag back for repair. We were kept fully informed over the next few days and once the car was ready Jason delivered it 90 miles to my home. I could not have wished for better service from Bespoke Cars. Many dealers have lots of 5* reviews for sales which went off perfectly - in my opinion, the only reviews that matter are those that detail the dealer's response when things go wrong. I can honestly say that I have 100% confidence in buying again from them in the future.

I have just purchased an Audi TT and had a small problem with the petrol cap. Jason immediately took the car back to his garage and loaned me his Audi Q7 whilst mine is being repaired. WOW. I saw a beautiful Mercedes on Bespoke's website and spoke to Jason regarding purchasing it. During this lockdown period he explained how the vehicle could be delivered to my address and sent a video footage of the vehicle so that I could have a closer inspection. The vehicle was as explained upon arrival and looks really great. Anything I wanted to know Jason was very professional and helpful and I bought an extended warranty to start after the manufacturers one expires. Buying a vehicle in these troubled time can be difficult but dealing with Jason made it a pleasure. Will use Bespoke to get a vehicle at a later date for my daughter when she finishes university.
